These are "drink & wet" babies. They are made of hard plastic and come with a dress, diaper, bonnet, booties, & a bottle. The bottles can be squeezed and filled up with water. Their diapers are thick, and sometimes you will find they are very discolored or crumbly due to getting wet and not drying properly (I assume.)
