Plush

The small and large pets came with a plastic collar that had a sticker on the front with their names.  The medium pets came with a rubber piece tied around their necks with ribbon.

These are tags from the shipping bags that the plush came in, I assume when they were ordered from a catalog.  The bag was clear plastic.  I have another Jelly Bear like this, I will add a picture sometime.

These weren't very plushy, they were sort of hard and had rubber strawberry-shaped collars tied on by ribbon.  Their design was very different from the other two sizes; they look more cheaply made.

These are just bigger versions of the small pets, except Mellonie Belle is introduced as a large pet!  These came in cardboard boxes, kind of like Care Bears.  They are extremely rare.
